Paint-Your-Own Pottery Business Coming to Promenade

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

If you’re in the mood to get creative with paint and something ceramic, you’ll soon have the opportunity to do that at Promenade Saucon Valley. The Upper Saucon Township lifestyle center announced Wednesday that expects to welcome the paint-your-own pottery franchise Color Me Mine sometime before July.

According to a news release, “at Color Me Mine, guests can choose from a wide selection of unpainted ceramic pieces, such as plates, mugs, bowls, figurines and more. They then personalize their chosen pottery by painting it with their own designs and colors. A wonderful outlet for self-expression and creativity, it doesn’t matter if visitors are seasoned artists or just getting started in exploring their artistic side; either way, pottery painting allows them to let their imaginations soar.”

“Being able to bring Color Me Mine to our neighbors here in Center Valley is a dream come true,” said Tara Nagabhyru, who owns the new franchise. “The Color Me Mine experience is one that brings people together, unleashing their creativity while having fun and building memories that last a lifetime. We are thrilled to be able to bring this unique opportunity to our community and look forward to getting to know each and every one of our new guests.”

Locally, there is a Color Me Mine studio located in Bethlehem, according to the company’s website. Other locations throughout the region include studios in Montgomeryville and Bridgewater, N.J.

Promenade Saucon Valley has welcomed several new businesses recently, including Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls and The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. The shopping center is also losing one of its longtime clothing stores, Lucky Brand, which announced last week that it will close at the end of March.

Although it won’t open until sometime next year, it was also recently announced that Sephora is coming to the Promenade.
