Police: Man Wanted in Connection with Driveway Repair Scam

Lower Saucon Township Police are asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted in connection with an alleged driveway repair scam that occurred in early May in the 2200 block of Easton Road.

According to police, 41-year-old Sonny Frank of Hollywood, Fla., has also used several other aliases. Police described him as white and 5 feet 10 inches tall in a post on their Crimewatch site Wednesday.

An arrest warrant for Frank issued by police is for charges of Deceptive Business Practices (Felony 2), Theft by Unlawful Taking (Felony 3) and Theft by Unlawful Taking (Misdemeanor 1).

Anyone with knowledge of Frank’s whereabouts is being asked to contact Ofc. Kyle Bartholomew at 610-317-6110 or submit a tip through Crimewatch.
