Hellertown Police say a 47-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly trespassing at a home in the 100 block of Northampton Street last week.

In a news release, police said Ryan Donald Bergey of Emmaus was “looking into the windows and attempting to enter” the home on March 3 shortly after 7 p.m.

Police said that when officers arrived at the home in response to an “unwanted person call,” they found Bergey “still on the porch” and took him into custody.

Bergey has been charged with Felony 2 criminal trespassing and Misdemeanor 3 loitering and prowling at night time, according to Northampton County court records.
