Rose Marie Wagner (1930 – 2026)

Rose Marie Wagner, 95, of Lower Saucon Township, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the St. Luke’s VNA Hospice House. She was the beloved wife of the late Lee E. Wagner Sr., who predeceased her on Dec. 11, 2011. Born in Bethlehem on Oct. 7, 1930, Rosie was the daughter of the late George J. Sr. and Ella (Litz) Ringhoffer. A devoted housewife and matriarch, Rose found her greatest joy in caring for her home and family. She was well-known for her skills in the kitchen, where she spent many hours cooking, canning and freezing the season’s harvest to share with those she loved.

SURVIVORS

She is survived by her loving children: Cathy A. Rogers (Ronnie N. Roba) of Fountain Hill and her sons Matthew and Thomas (Nicole) and their children, Stella, Oliver and Thomas Lee Jr.; Lee E. Wagner Jr. of Northampton and his sons Dylan and Cullin’s children, Riley J. and daughter Jordyn; Patti D. Wagner of Hellertown and her sons Benny and Adam; Lisa S. Wagner of Riegelsville and her son Aleksander (Sophia). Rose was predeceased by her siblings: George L. Ringhoffer Jr., John J. Ringhoffer, Margaret E. Fluck, Ella M. Kingston and Geraldine A. Mudri.

SERVICES

Family and friends are invited to gather for a graveside service at The Union Cemetery of Hellertown, 85 Main St., Hellertown on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 11 a.m. The staging area will be in the very front of the cemetery, at the flagpole. Expressions of sympathy and online condolences may be shared with the family at Heintzelmancares.com. Arrangements are under the care of the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown.
