South Bethlehem Taco Bell Opens

If you’re in South Bethlehem you’re also now closer to being “south of the border” by virtue of the fact that a new Taco Bell is now open.

The popular fast food chain known for tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more opened its newest eatery at 1620 E. Fourth Street in late June. The new restaurant features self-service ordering kiosks, an outdoor dining area and a dual lane drive-thru.

The new Taco Bell is next to a Sheetz convenience store that opened in May 2024. Both businesses are located along a busy stretch of Rt. 412 between Wind Creek casino and the I-78 interchange in Bethlehem and Hellertown.

The restaurant’s dining room is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. According to the Taco Bell website, the drive-thru is open from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
