A retail pet store franchise which already has locations in Bethlehem Township, Allentown, Quakertown and Phillipsburg plans to open a store in the Creekside Marketplace (Giant) shopping center on Rt. 412 in Lower Saucon Township.
A new brow and lash bar opens Thursday at 10 a.m. at 766 Main Street in Hellertown. The Brow Society is the first business venture by owner Allison Guido of Hellertown, whose focus will be on eyebrows, lash extensions and makeup.
Hop Hill Brewing, a small craft brewery that is housed in a large garage bay, will open on a side street off Rt. 378 in Lower Saucon Township Saturday, Feb. 25.

After about a year of planning and construction, Saucon Valley's first microbrewery and beer tasting room--Lost Tavern Brewing 782 Main St., Hellertown--will open to the public on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 3 p.m.
Lost Tavern Brewing has moved from rumor to reality, and is soon to open at Hampton Avenue and Main Street in Hellertown. The microbrewery will feature craft beers served in a rustic-industrial atmosphere.
Located next to Borough Hall at the intersection of State and Main streets, the market will offer a wide variety of farm-fresh goods on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Thanksgiving.
