Borough Man Slashed Tires, Crashed on Apples Church Road, Police Say

A Hellertown man was charged with criminal mischief, drunken driving, driving without lights to avoid police detection and other offenses after police say he slashed the tires on a truck in the 3200 block of Apples Church Road, Lower Saucon Township early Saturday, according to a story published by the Express-Times.

According to court documents cited by the newspaper, 21-year-old Andrew James Hill of Laubach Street was intoxicated when he allegedly crashed his car near the scene of the reported tire-slashing, before being apprehended while allegedly driving without lights on Friedensville Road.
