In a news release issued Monday, police said Frank Hazeltine, 31, of the first block of E. High Street, entered the Exxon gas station convenience store at 3655 Rt. 378 at 12:15 a.m. April 6 and asked the cashier who was working for a piece of paper to write something on.

Hazeltine “then wrote a very graphic and obscene note to the female employee, asking her to close the store so he could perform multiple sexual acts on her,” police said.

After writing the note, police said Hazeltine left and waited outside in his car for several minutes, before leaving after the woman didn’t respond to his advance.
