Braveheart will also once again be participating in Saucon Valley Restaurant Week in July, German said, although the pre-fixe menu hasn’t been decided upon yet.

German reported that the Braveheart Classic Golf Tournament held last month raised more than $5,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the 2015 Out of the Darkness Walk in Boston, which Braveheart owner Andy Lee’s wife Carol will be participating in later this month.

Sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the walk is an overnight event in which participant walk all night to take a stand against, and raise awareness about suicide.
