Wallet Reportedly Stolen from Car at Country Club

Est. Read Time: < 1 min

A Saucon Valley resident told Saucon Source that her son’s wallet containing his learner’s permit was stolen from their car while they attended a party between 1 and 3 p.m. Saturday at Silver Creek Country Club in Lower Saucon Township.

The car’s window was smashed, she said, and a report was filed with township police after the break-in was discovered.

The details of the incident were corroborated by another individual who contacted Saucon Source to request that the public be alerted and warned not to leave valuables in their cars parked in the area.

The witness said township police told her another vehicle’s window was recently smashed nearby in the borough of Hellertown.

Neither incident has yet been officially confirmed by authorities.

Silver Creek Country Club is located at 700 Linden Avenue, Hellertown.
