The Saucon Girls Soccer team strikes again! This week’s Saucon Source Athlete of the Week is Paige Jones.
Paige scored one goal and had two assists vs. Pen Argyl, three goals and two assists vs. Bangor, and one goal against Northwestern Lehigh. For those keeping score at home, that is a total of five goals and four assists in one week! If that is not enough, Coach Stevie Ochse said Paige quite possibly had one of the best goals of the season versus powerhouse Northwestern. The Panther team won all three games.
Paige Jones has been nominated by the Morning Call Sports Department for the Coordinated Health Athlete of the Week, which means she could win a $1,000 scholarship. Click here to vote for Paige. Voting closes Wednesday night at 5 p.m.!
