PennDOT Says Various Lower Saucon Roads Will Be Worked On Soon

PennDOT announced Thursday that several different Lower Saucon Township roads will be repaired next week, resulting in temporary traffic restrictions.

  • On Monday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. PennDOT maintenance forces will be working on I-78 between the Lehigh County line and Exit 75 (Easton), which will result in a shoulder restriction.
  • On Monday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. PennDOT maintenance forces will be patching potholes along Raubsville Road between Wassergass and Hexenkoph roads. There will be a lane restriction with flagging.
  • On Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. PennDOT maintenance forces will be patching potholes on Bingen Road between Black River Road and Hickory Hill Road. There will be a lane restriction with flagging.
  • On Wednesday, Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. PennDOT maintenance forces will be patching potholes on Seidersville Road between Bingen Road and Rt. 378, resulting in a lane restriction.
  • On Friday, Nov. 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. PennDOT maintenance forces will perform drainage work on Applebutter Road between Shimersville and Lower Saucon roads. Lane restrictions will be in effect and motorists should expect delays.
