As part of the emergency declaration there will be a commercial vehicle ban in place between noon Saturday and noon Sunday on all interstates and the PA Turnpike except for I-95 in southeast Pennsylvania. The ban will also be in effect on Rts. 22 and 33 in the Lehigh Valley.
