If you’ve wanted to visit the one-room schoolhouse on Countryside Lane in Lower Saucon Township, you’ll have a chance on Saturday, Dec. 5, when the Lower Saucon Township Historical Society hosts its annual holiday open house there from 1 to 3 p.m.
Kids will have an opportunity to make ornaments and pine cone birdfeeders, as well as have their faces painted.
Light refreshments and holiday music by Rosemarie Kovacs will be provided along with tours of the historic 1880 Lutz-Franklin School.
The event is open to the public and is free of charge.
