Diane L. Rice, 54, of Bethlehem, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at her residence. She was the 16-year companion to Danny E. Essig, with whom she resided. She was born in Fountain Hill on Jan. 9, 1961 to the late Thomas and Bernadine (Riley) Gross. Diane operated Diane’s 24-7 Bail Bonds, Lehigh Valley, since 1999.
SURVIVORS
In addition to her companion; children: Corey C. Merwarth (Mandy Serbia) of Hellertown, Stevie L. Rice of Upper Black Eddy; sister: Carol (Charles) Pugliese of Bethlehem Township; “Llama’s” five grandchildren: Kiya, Corden, Collin, Kelsa and Riley; and her beloved dogs: Hanna and Digger.
