Liquor Store Burglarized, $4200 in Cash Taken, Police Say
A bold burglar or burglars stole more than $4,200 in cash from the PA Wine & Spirits Store at 1848 Leithsville Road in the Creekside Marketplace shopping center earlier this week, Lower Saucon Township Police said Friday in a news release.

According to police, officers were called to the store for a report of a burglary shortly after 8:30 Monday morning.
“On scene, (they) found that the (store) was entered sometime between 9:15 p.m. Feb. 20 and 8:35 a.m. Feb. 22,” police said. “A total of $4,207.57 in cash and coin was taken from the safe inside.”
“Nothing else was damaged or taken from the store,” police added.
