Lower Saucon Township Police said Monday that an Easton man was cited for scattering rubbish, after he allegedly dumped garbage on private property in the 2500 block of Redington Road Saturday.
In a news release, police said David A. Hallman, of the 200 block of W. Nesquehoning Street, dumped a disposable bag containing “numerous empty bottles of alcohol along with miscellaneous garbage.”
Hallman was identified because the property owner had trail cams set up, which police said captured photos of his license plate.
Illegal dumping is a frequent problem in the isolated Redington Road area, with numerous incidents investigated and charges filed by police over the past year:
