An Easton man was cited for illegal dumping after he was allegedly “caught by a passerby” depositing garbage in the area of Redington Road and I-78, Lower Saucon Township Police said in a news release Wednesday.
According to police, Joshua Wattam, 25, of the 100 block of W. Grant Street, was still at the scene of the reported complaint when officers arrived shortly after 5 p.m. Sept. 3.
Wattam was required to remove the material he had dumped there, police said.
