Lower Saucon Township Police say a Bethlehem man was cited for allegedly driving at an unsafe speed after he allegedly crashed his motorcycle near Lower Saucon Road and Greens Drive May 28.

In a news release issued Friday police said Dylan R. Kovacs, of the 700 block of Yeates Street, “was found on the side of the roadway, next to his motorcycle,” shortly after 4:30 p.m.

Police said Kovacs “had lost control while cresting the hill at Greens Drive and had crashed his motorcycle in a weeded/dirt area of the roadside, missing nearby trees.”

Kovacs was taken to St. Luke’s University Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries, they added.
