A 13-year-old girl has been charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct and referred to Northampton County Juvenile Probation authorities after Lower Saucon Township Police say she poured juice on a 13-year-old boy’s head and then punched him “numerous times” in the back of the head.
A 13-year-old girl has been charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct and referred to Northampton County Juvenile Probation authorities after Lower Saucon Township Police say she poured juice on a 13-year-old boy’s head and then punched him “numerous times” in the back of the head during a school lunch period at Saucon Valley Middle School June 1.
According to police, the boy was injured in the alleged assault at the school, which is located at 2095 Polk Valley Road.
