Paxos Restaurants’ Top Cut Steakhouse opened at The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley–atop another well-known Paxos eatery, Melt–on Thursday, according to an email announcement and Facebook post.

The restaurant was announced following the closure of the former Shula’s steakhouse at the Promenade Shops, which went out of business after its owner relocated it to center city Allentown.
