John R. Grogg Jr., 64, of Lower Saucon Township died Friday, Sept. 16, 2016 at VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s, Lower Saucon Township. He was the husband of Darlene H. (Kuronya) Grogg. He was born in Fountain Hill on Aug. 8, 1952 to the late John R. Sr. and Anna R. (Weaver) Grogg. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Marine Corps during peacetime. John was a massage therapist and reiki master at Couture Salon and Spa, Bethlehem, for several years. He was a boiler operator at Fibermark, Warren Glen, N.J., for many years until retiring.
SURVIVORS
In addition to his loving wife of 42 years; sons: John R. III (Sarah), Dan C. (Jessica White), Tarl E. (Nicola Lovett), all of Hellertown; sisters: Jo-Ann (Willard) Thomas of Hellertown, Cynthia (Joseph) Sedon of Wilkes-Barre; seven grandchildren.
SERVICE
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the Edward H. Ackerman American Legion Post 397, 935 Main St., Hellertown, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016.
