12 Citations Issued During Aggressive Driving Detail in Lower Saucon Friday

Lower Saucon Township Police said they issued a total of 12 citations to motorists on various township roadways during an aggressive driving enforcement detail Friday between 6 a.m. and noon.

According to a township police news release, two citations were issued for two-way turning lane violations, one citation was issued for texting and driving, seven citations were issued for speeding, one citation was issued for driving with an expired inspection and one citation was issued for driving without a license.

Two motorists were also issued slips for faulty equipment, police said.
