A 24-year-old Upper Saucon Township man was arraigned on theft charges and committed to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail, police said, after he allegedly admitted to breaking into and stealing items such as wallets, purses and electronic devices from numerous cars over an approximately two-week period between late October and mid November, Channel 69 News reported Tuesday.

According to the article–which cites court records–Kevin G. Gollie, of the 5900 block of Beverly Hills Road, reportedly told township police he broke into parked cars on Patrick Lane, Whitetail Drive, Tuscany Court, Winding Road, Wild Cherry Drive, Red Oak Lane, Robin Lane, Tilghman Street, Blue Grass Trail, Chestnut Hill Road and Bowood Street and stole items left in plain view, which he then allegedly sold to help finance a drug addiction.
