Hellertown Police Thursday said a Lansdale man has been charged with receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of an automobile, providing false identification to police and driving without a license, after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a vehicle that had been reported stolen from Hatfield, Montgomery County.

In a news release, police said Timothy Glackin, 27, was arrested after officers investigated a “suspicious vehicle” that turned out to be the stolen car parked at West High and Clauser streets on Feb. 18 at about 1:22 a.m.

Glackin allegedly provided officers with false identification during their investigation, police said.
