Saucon Valley School District is celebrating its 2nd annual Art Show! Students from grades K-12 will be displaying their Art in the High School Science Wing Thursday, May 25 from 5-7 p.m.
The Art teachers from each of the buildings (Arianne Schnalzer (ES), Felicia Parish (MS) and Jason Gordon (HS), have been helping students work on their art throughout the year and they are proud to display their work at this show.
The displays are located in the high school Audion and stretch down the Science Wing hallway to the bridge that connects the high school to the middle school.
The media represented will be paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramics, graphic designs, photography, and mixed media. The public can enter through the doors near the Administration Building/Science Wing off the Polk Valley Road entrance.
Saucon Source will recognize three pieces of artwork and reward the artists with gift cards. The selected artwork will be on display at a local business following the show!
C’mon out and take a stroll to check out some really neat things going on in our schools. Students and their families are welcome to come out for the night to celebrate the Arts in our schools. Light refreshments will be available.
