A Lower Saucon Township man will be cited for harassment following an alleged dispute with his neighbor Tuesday night, township police said Thursday.

In a news release, police said Zachary M. Sarko, 25, of the 1200 block of Seidersville Road, initiated a conversation with his neighbor that eventually turned into a dispute over Sarko’s allegation that the neighbor had put weeds on his property.

There was no evidence the neighbor had put weeds on Sarko’s property, police said, but Sarko allegedly cursed and “called a female victim a vulgar name…which other neighbors heard.”

Police said Sarko spoke to his neighbor in spite of a prior warning “to not communicate with his neighbors.”

“Given his past warning and his intent to harass his neighbor, a citation for harassment will be mailed to Zachary,” police said.
