Gisela E. Farinet, 83, of Hellertown, died Monday, July 24, 2017 at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of the late Paul J. Farinet. Gisela was born in Germany on Nov. 18, 1933 to the late Ernst and Elizabeth (Walsch) Hensel. She was a nurse’s aide at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill for 15 years until retiring. She had also worked at several local restaurants in Hellertown for many years.
SURVIVORS
Loving son: Edward E. (Donna M.) Frey of Hellertown; granddaughters: Erin M. (Michael) Doolittle and Amy L. Frey; grandson: Eric E. Frey; great-grandchildren: Grace and John Doolittle. She was predeceased by a son: Lawrence W. Frey III.
SERVICE
Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, July 27, 2017 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Holy Ghost Cemetery, Bethlehem.
