A female teenager has been charged as a juvenile with simple assault and harassment, after Lower Saucon Township Police say she was the aggressor in a fight with another girl at Saucon Valley High School on the afternoon of Sept. 27.
In a news release issued Wednesday, police said the girl who was charged was determined to be the aggressor after officers reviewed surveillance video of the altercation, which allegedly depicts her initiating it.
Her charges have been referred to Northampton County Juvenile Probation authorities, police said.
