Seth R. Mull, 30, has been in jail since he was arrested following the alleged October attack on a woman who claims she was raped and held prisoner inside a room in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Cherry Lane, on the border between Bethlehem and Hellertown.

He is facing felony charges including rape, sexual assault and strangulation in connection with that alleged attack.

County court records indicate he is now also charged with two counts of felony Involuntary Servitude and one felony count of Trafficking in Individuals.

The Channel 69 story states that Bethlehem police did not provide any information about the new charges or what prompted them to file them.

Local authorities as well as law enforcement authorities in other states are continuing to investigate Mull, who they’ve said may have victimized women in other states who have yet to come forward out of fear.

Anyone who may have been victimized by Mull or who may have information about him is asked to contact Bethlehem Police Det. Brian Quinn at 610-997-7691 or 610-865-7187 or Det. Brad Jones with the Bethlehem Police/FBI Violence Crime Task Force at 610-865-7146.

Victims can also contact the Northampton County District Attorney’s Crime Victim Hotline by calling 610-829-6645.
