If you’ve been wondering what the large new building at Eighth and Eaton avenues in Bethlehem will house, you can wonder no more.
The medical building is part of St. Luke’s University Health Network and will house nephrology (kidney) services, for which there is a growing demand. Two St. Luke’s Nephrology Associates offices–including one in Quakertown–have also moved to new locations to accommodate growing demand for their services.
The new office building–located at 834 Eaton Avenue at the intersection with Eighth Avenue in Bethlehem–is three stories and 21,000 square feet. The building opened in December and features three offices: St. Luke’s Obstetrics and Gynecological Associates, St. Luke’s ABW Pediatric Associates and St. Luke’s Nephrology Associates.

“We have a strong presence in this area and are very excited to expand our services here,” explained Dallas Pulliam, St. Luke’s Director of Network Real Estate. “This is a centralized location that is convenient for patients to access.”
St. Luke’s Nephrology Associates’ Bethlehem office will occupy Suite 301 in the new office building. The practice makes the move from its former location at 701 Ostrum Street in Bethlehem.
Meanwhile, St. Luke’s Nephrology Associates’ Quakertown office is moving to a suite in the same building in which it was housed. Its new address is 1021 Park Avenue, Suite 20 in Quakertown.
“With two new convenient locations, our patients will have better access to care,” said Kelly Adams, Practice Coordinator. “Our practice is rapidly growing and we now have the opportunity to serve more patients. In our Quakertown location, we have expanded our hours from one day a week to three days a week. Our Bethlehem office has expanded in size and we are now able to accommodate more patients. We now have two beautiful new offices in Bethlehem and Quakertown, and a growing team of fantastic providers.”
The new phone number for both St. Luke’s Nephrology Associates offices is 484-526-7780.
