Pets in Need of Homes: Russell (Brought to You by A Furry Tail Come True)

Russell is a one-year-old Maltipoo who is currently in a foster home, awaiting adoption. He was found as a stray in terrible condition and is hoping for a loving home to call his own. He is still severely malnourished and missing almost all his hair, but although he’s in bad shape he is still sweet and loving. Please call the shelter if you would like to meet Russell.
