Eugene is a sweet three-year-old Chihuahua. He is nervous living at the shelter, where the noise is a lot for him to handle. He does well when he is away from the noise of the other dogs. Eugene loves to snuggle and fall asleep on your lap. Please take him home so he can feel safe and secure.
