Daniel T. Hughes, 67, of Bethlehem, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018 at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill.

Daniel T. Hughes, 67, of Bethlehem, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018 at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Mary Ann (Bauder). Daniel was born in Fountain Hill on Oct. 9, 1950 to the late Thomas A. and Geraldine (Widrig) Hughes. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Daniel worked as a crane man for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation and later worked for REEB Millwork until his retirement.

SURVIVORS

In addition to his wife of 43 years; children: Veronica Hughes and David Hughes, both of Bethlehem; sister: Annie Horvath and her husband Julius of Easton.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be held privately. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.
