Lower Saucon Police Seek to ID Man in Check Theft Case

The township police department posted on its Facebook page Thursday that a man captured on surveillance footage is wanted for questioning in a theft case involving a stolen check that police believe he tried to cash at the BB&T bank branch on Easton Avenue in Bethlehem Township Feb. 22.

Lower Saucon Township Police want to identify the man wearing a crumpled cowboy-type hat in this surveillance photo.

Look closely at the man in the photo above. Do you recognize him? If you do, Lower Saucon Township Police want to hear from you.

The township police department posted on Facebook Thursday that the man in the hat– who was captured on surveillance footage–is wanted for questioning in a theft case involving a stolen check that police believe he tried to cash at the BB&T bank branch on Easton Avenue in Bethlehem Township Feb. 22.

Anyone with information about the man’s identity is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Township Police Department via the Northampton County non-emergency number (610-759-2200) to speak with an officer.
