Update: Golden Retriever Found in Lower Saucon Reunited With Owner

Are you missing your buddy? A male golden retriever without a collar or other identification was found Sunday near the Leithsville Inn on Rt. 412 in Lower Saucon Township.

UPDATE, 2:40 pm: The golden retriever has been reunited with his owner.

Are you missing your buddy? A male golden retriever without a collar or other identification was found Sunday near the Leithsville Inn on Rt. 412 in Lower Saucon Township.

The resident who found the dog took him to the Lower Saucon Township Police Department, where she said he was scanned to see if he had a microchip. He didn’t.

The resident said the dog appears to be “recently lost.”

Anyone with information about the dog or its owner should call township police at 610-759-2200.
