A man who was involved in a two-car accident at Rt. 378 and Mountain Drive Oct. 19 was allegedly driving under the influence at the time, Lower Saucon Township Police said Friday.

A man who was involved in a two-car accident at Rt. 378 and Mountain Drive Oct. 19 was allegedly driving under the influence at the time, Lower Saucon Township Police said Friday in a Crimewatch website post.

According to police, Ryan S. Kline, 41, no address provided, failed field coordination exercises that were administered to him following the crash.

After he was transported to the Northampton County DUI Center for further processing, police said Kline’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was determined to be .19 percent, which is more than twice the legal limit of .08 percent.

Kline is being charged with DUI and a traffic violation, according to police.
