Saucon Valley Resident Named Susquehanna University Scholar

Emily Hoff of Lower Saucon Township was among 265 students recently honored as a University Scholar at Susquehanna University, the Selinsgrove school said in a news release.

The annual Scholars Program was held Oct. 26 in Susquehanna’s Stretansky Concert Hall to recognize and congratulate Susquehanna’s most successful student scholars.

To be named a University Scholar, students must have earned a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.75 in full-time study for the previous two semesters or equivalent credit hours of part-time study.

Hoff is a business administration major who is a member of the Class of 2019 at Susquehanna.

2015 graduate of Saucon Valley High School, she is the daughter of Jane and William Hoff.
