“BINGO!”
That’s what you could soon be saying if you head to Christ Lutheran Church, 69 Main Street, Hellertown, for a Cash Bingo Night fundraiser on Saturday, March 2. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and Bingo begins at 7 p.m. Players must be 18 years or older.
A final jackpot of $500 will be awarded.
In addition to the jackpot there will be $100 specials, a 50/50 drawing, door prizes and basket raffles. There will also be a raffle prize drawing for a Samsung 55” Smart 4K Ultra HD TV with HDR, generously donated by Dave Heintzelman.
Cash Bingo Night is a fundraiser to benefit youth from the church who are going to the 2021 ELCA Youth Gathering in Minneapolis, Minn.
Every three years, 30,000 high school youth and their adult leaders from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America gather for a week of faith formation known as the ELCA Youth Gathering. Through days spent in interactive learning, worship, Bible study, service and fellowship, young people grow in their faith and are challenged and inspired to live their faith in their daily lives.
Tickets for the Bingo are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Limited seats are available.
