A Hellertown borough man is charged with several offenses after police say he allegedly stole a bank card from another individual and used it at a local ATM to withdraw funds from that person’s bank account.

In a news release Monday, police said Raynold Samuel Hill, 26, of the 100 block of Cedar Road, was also allegedly found to be in possession of “a homemade pipe used for smoking methamphetamine” during the course of their investigation into the alleged theft.

Police said the pipe was allegedly found in Hill’s bedroom.

The alleged bank card theft occurred June 14, according to the news release.

Hill is charged with four misdemeanors–theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, access device fraud and possession of drug paraphernalia–according to court records, which indicate that as of Monday his preliminary arraignment had not yet been held.
