Saucon Harvest Festival Raises Nearly $11,000 for Youth Sports
This year’s Saucon Harvest Festival raised nearly $11,000 for local youth sports organizations, including Saucon Valley Wrestling and Saucon Valley Youth Basketball.
This year’s Saucon Harvest Festival raised nearly $11,000 for local youth sports organizations including Saucon Valley Wrestling and Saucon Valley Youth Basketball, Representatives from both of those organizations visited Lost Tavern Brewing in Hellertown Wednesday to receive checks for more than $5,400 each. The money will be used to help pay for things like new uniforms. The Harvest Festival, which was held in Dimmick Park in late September, donates the funds raised to different sports each year. The Harvest Festival, which is held in the borough’s Dimmick Park each September, features live local bands, beer and wine tents, food trucks and more. Founded by South Italy Imports and now overseen by Lost Tavern, the festival donates all of the funds it raises to different youth sports each year.
