Cascade the Restaurant at Durham Springs in Kintnersville kicks off the holiday season with a festive gathering on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28. With Durham Springs fully dressed for the fall holiday, Cascade will welcome guests at 3 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres followed by a grand Autumn Buffet featuring a savory array of classic favorites, including Pennsylvania Heirloom Breed turkeys, Chestnut and Shiitake Mushroom Stuffing, Cornbread Stuffing with Oysters and Andouille Sausage, Bourbon and Brown Sugar Yams, Smashed Lehigh Valley Gold Potatoes and Gravy, Maple Butter and Bacon Brussels Sprouts and Smoked Cheddar and Jalepeno Mac & Cheese, as well as Lancaster County Roast Prime Rib and a sumptuous assortment of seasonal pies. Adults are $75 per person, Children
under 10 are $35 and little ones under 3 are complimentary. Drinks, tax and
gratuity are not included. Reservations are required.
To ring in the new year, there’s no better place in Bucks County to celebrate than at Durham Springs. Featuring the musical magic of Michael Arenella and his Dreamland Orchestra, Durham Springs offers a glamorous night of dinner and dancing on Tuesday, Dec. 31, beginning at 8:30 p.m. At the black-tie optional fête guests will be treated to a buffet celebration of exceptional flavors crafted by Executive Chef Jon McCain, paired with a full bar and midnight champagne toast. For $40 per person, guests will sample five tastings along with a selection of seasonal hors d’oeurves. The wine tastings are from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Reservations are required.
*The Whiskey Series is a perfect opportunity to ready yourself for holiday entertaining. On Dec. 19 guests will create their own whiskey cocktails, learning to perfect their favorite flavor profiles with Whiskey Ambassador Samantha Beedle of Breakthru Beverage. The tasting events are $40 per person and include curated small bites. Reservations are required.
