Hellertown Police are asking for the public’s help with identifying the party responsible for a hit-and-run accident that damaged a retaining wall last week.

Hellertown Police said this retaining wall at Main and Ackerman streets was recently damaged in a hit-and-run accident.

Hellertown Police are asking for the public’s help with identifying the party responsible for a hit-and-run accident that damaged a retaining wall last week.

In a news release issued Thursday, police said the retaining wall at the corner of Ackerman and Main streets was struck sometime between 9 p.m. April 9 and 9 a.m. April 10.

Anyone with information about the accident is asked to contact Hellertown Police and reference incident # 201526. The police can be reached by calling their administrative line at 610-838-7040 or by calling Northampton County’s non-emergency dispatch at 610-759-2200.
