A new program involving local thrift stores will make it easier for area residents to recycle unwanted electronics.

The Free Electronic Waste Recycling program was recently announced by ReWorld and Goodwill Keystone Area, who have partnered to make it available in southeastern Pennsylvania, including in Lehigh and Northampton counties. Thanks to the program, drop off sites for electronic waste have been set up at Goodwill Keystone’s 42 locations, including its stores at 3926 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem; 2675 Macarthur Road, Allentown; and 4634 Broadway, Allentown.

A list of accepted items and items that won’t be accepted for e-recycling can be found here.
