Police: Who Dumped Trash from Steel City Park Garbage Cans?

Someone with criminal mischief in mind recently trashed Steel City Park, and Lower Saucon Township Police are on the case.

In a post on their Crimewatch site Monday, police said they responded to the park at 2122 Riverside Drive after learning that the trash cans there had been turned over and garbage strewn about.

Police said that in addition to the garbage cans, a park bench was also tipped over sometime between 3:30 and 5 p.m. Saturday.

Anyone with information regarding what happened is being asked to contact the Lower Saucon Township Police Department at 610-317-6110 or submit a tip through their Crimewatch Tipline.
