Evelyn M. Makl (1933 – 2024)
Evelyn M. Makl, 91, formerly of Red Hill, died Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Phoebe Richland Health Care, Richlandtown.
She was the wife of the late Raymond Makl. She was born in Allentown on May 21, 1933 to the late Franklin and Bertha (Warner) Bartholomew. Evelyn worked as a nurse’s aide at the former Zohlman’s Nursing Home, Richlandtown.
SURVIVORS
Evelyn was survived by her children: Mary A. Fey of Allentown, Linda A. (William) Hoier of Quakertown, Ronald M. (Cindy) of Quakertown; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter: Jean Weidemann; son: Raymond Jr.
SERVICES
Family and friends are invited to her visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 2024 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The visitation period will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Springfield Township.
