Popular luxury beauty and bath retailer Sephora plans to open a store at the Promenade Saucon Valley in the spring of 2026, officials with the Center Valley shopping center said Tuesday.

According to a news release, Sephora will be located near Athleta.

Headquartered in France, Sephora operates approximately 2,700 stores worldwide, including a standalone store at the Lehigh Valley Mall and locations in Kohl’s stores in Whitehall and Lower Nazareth Township.

In announcing that Sephora will be a tenant Tuesday, senior vice president of national leasing for the shopping center Nikki Columbo said “Promenade Saucon Valley has enjoyed dramatic growth this year,”

“In recent months, Promenade Saucon Valley underwent a brand refresh, updating its name and making a series of external upgrades that gave it a new look and feel with vibrant new colors, a new logo, new awnings and furniture,” added general manager Patrick Turner.

Opened in 2006 as the first open-air “lifestyle center” in the area, the center formerly known as the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley was given its current name as part of the rebranding last year.

It is currently home to dozens of local and national retailers, restaurants, service providers and entertainment destinations, including AMC Theatres, L.L. Bean, The Fresh Market and Barnes & Noble.

Last week, a developer announced plans to build a 130-acre mixed use development that would include hundreds of homes and a hotel on land surrounding the Promenade Saucon Valley. If approved by Upper Saucon Township officials, Promenade Park would be built in phases over a period of three to five years.
