Ronald D. Reiss (1958 – 2025)
Ronald D. Reiss, 66, of Upper Saucon Township, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown.Ā He was the husband of the late Keri (Frantz) Reiss.Ā Born in Springfield Township on Dec. 11, 1958, he was the son of the late Edward W. Reiss Sr. and Mildred (Svoboda) Reiss. Ronald was employed by the Borough of Coopersburg Public Works Department from April 13, 1989, until his retirement on Dec. 31, 2022. He also worked part-time for Reiss Brothers Hauling. A 1976 graduate of Palisades High School, Ronald enjoyed bowling and spending time with his family and friends.
SURVIVORS
He is survived by his siblings: Roger E. Reiss of Millerton; Rosalie D. āCookieā (John C. Cory Jr.) of Quakertown; Wayne L. Reiss, Edward W. Reiss Jr., Darlene B. āDollyā Reiss, Dennis G. Reiss and Timothy P. Reiss, all of Coopersburg; and Randy D. Reiss of South Carolina. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, two great-nieces and stepdaughter: Amanda Schwoyer. He was predeceased by his son: Michael D. Reiss.

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
