Street Signs Intentionally Damaged in Steel City, Police Say

In a news release issued Monday, police said the signs at the intersection of Snyder and Roberts avenues were knocked off their post and bent. The post itself was taken.

Police said the street signs were found nearby–shortly before 2 a.m. Friday–with no evidence that they had been hit by a vehicle and no other evidence at the scene.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110.
