Allentown Fugitive Arrested in Hellertown for DUI, Police Say

A 28-year-old Allentown man was arrested as a fugitive from justice after he was allegedly found to be driving under the influence near the Shoppes at Hellertown shopping center in November, borough police said Tuesday in a news release.

A 28-year-old Allentown man was arrested as a fugitive from justice after he was allegedly found to be driving under the influence near the Shoppes at Hellertown shopping center in November, borough police said Tuesday in a news release.

According to police, Franklin Adrian, of the 1600 block of Hamilton Street, Allentown, was stopped in the area of 14 Main Street shortly before 3 a.m. Nov. 11 and was determined to also be driving without a license and driving under suspension–violations for which he is now charged, police said.

As of early Tuesday county court records do not indicate Adrian’s current status.
